Introducing Supervizo

Supervizo is live. It is a digital platform for teachers and supervisors to manage thesis and final-year project supervision — the part of academic work that has quietly been running on email attachments for two decades.
The problem we kept hearing
Every supervisor we spoke to described the same failure, in different words:
- Submissions arrive by email, and there is no way to prove a file was not swapped after the deadline
- Feedback lives in a thread that both sides eventually lose
- At the end of the year, the department asks for a record, and there isn't one
None of these are hard problems. They are just problems nobody had bothered to solve properly for this specific workflow.
What Supervizo does
Tamper-proof submissions. Every uploaded file is verified and locked with an SHA-256 checksum the moment it is received. If the bytes change, the checksum changes, and the system knows.
Structured feedback. Supervisors leave threaded feedback attached directly to a milestone, not scattered across a mail client. When a student opens milestone three, every comment about milestone three is there.
Local integrations. Subscription payments run through bKash and Nagad, and deadline reminders go out over SMS — because that is what actually reaches students here, not a push notification on an app they installed once.
Audit trails. Departments get a complete, transparent log of every deadline, submission, and grade. No reconstruction from inboxes at the end of term.
Who it is for
