Global clients

Software built in Bangladesh, for clients worldwide.

Prathomik is headquartered in Dhaka and works with clients across Bangladesh and around the world, including the United States. One senior team, a fixed scope, and a working build every week.

How a remote engagement works

  1. 1. Discovery call

A video call to understand the product, the users and the constraints. You receive a written scope, a timeline and a fixed price.

  2. 2. Weekly builds

A working build every week, demoed on a call or recorded, so you see real progress and can steer early.

  3. 3. Launch

Release to production with monitoring in place, then a handover of the source code and documentation.

  4. 4. Support

Ongoing maintenance and updates from the team that built it, under an agreed support plan.

Time zone and communication

We work on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) and fix a recurring overlap window with your time zone at the start. Updates by email or chat, demos on video calls.

Scope and payment

A written, fixed scope before work begins. Payment by bank transfer, with invoicing and milestones agreed in the scope. Source code is yours at handover.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with clients outside Bangladesh?

Yes. Prathomik works with clients across Bangladesh and worldwide, including a client in the United States. Delivery is remote, with a working build every week.

How do we communicate across time zones?

We work on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) and agree a recurring overlap window with each client at the start. Day-to-day updates go by email or chat, and builds are demoed on video calls.

How does payment work?

Payment is by bank transfer. Invoicing and milestones are set out in the written scope before work starts.

Who owns the source code?

You do. The source code and documentation are handed over at launch.

Can you take over an existing product?

Yes. We start with a short review of the code and infrastructure, then agree what to fix, what to keep and what to build next.

Ready to build something that ships?

Tell us what you're building. We'll reply with next steps, not a sales deck.
