Project Hub at Jahangirnagar University
One workspace per department for project proposals, supervisors, defence and a searchable archive of completed work.
The problem
Final-year projects and theses are usually tracked per teacher: proposals on paper or email, allocation in a spreadsheet, defence dates in messages. When the season ends the record is scattered, and the next batch cannot see what was already done.
What we built
Project Hub gives every department its own workspace under one university deployment. Proposals, supervisor allocation and defence scheduling happen in the system, an integrated exam system keeps assessment next to the project record, and completed work lands in a searchable repository.
What is live
juph.org is the JU Project Hub of Jahangirnagar University. Visitors can browse projects by department, search by topic, and open a project to see its supervisor and status.

How the pieces fit together
A university deployment is split into department workspaces. Each department sets its own rules for proposals and supervisors, while the university keeps one platform to maintain and one record to point at. Completed projects flow into the shared repository so the next batch can see what has already been done.
Who it is for
University departments, faculties and research centres that supervise final-year projects or MSc and PMSCS theses and want one auditable process instead of one per teacher. Day-to-day supervision between student and teacher is handled by our companion product, Supervizo.
