Ask a department head where last year's final-year projects are and you will usually get a shrug, a shared drive link and an apology. The work was done; the record was never built.
Project Hub is the system we built so that record exists by default.

What it does
Every department runs its own workspace inside a single university deployment. Inside that workspace the whole project lifecycle lives in one place:
- Proposals, handled inside the system rather than on paper or by email.
- Allocation of projects to supervisors, done in the same place as the proposals.
- Defence scheduling, planned in the system rather than through scattered messages.
- An integrated exam system, so assessment sits next to the project record instead of in a separate tool.
- A searchable repository of completed projects and theses, by department and topic.
You can see the repository side live at juph.org, the JU Project Hub of Jahangirnagar University: browse by department, search by topic, and open a project to see its supervisor and status.
Why a university would use it
- Departments keep their autonomy. Each runs its own instance and rules, but the university gets one platform to maintain and one record to point at.
- Allocation stops being a spreadsheet exercise. It happens in the same system as proposals and supervision.
- Defence season is calmer. Scheduling and the exam system sit alongside the project record, so there is less chasing.
- Past work becomes useful. A searchable repository lets incoming students see what has been done and lets the university show its research output.
- Less duplicated effort. Topics that were already done are easy to find before someone repeats them.
Who it is for
University departments, faculties and research centres that supervise final-year projects, MSc or PMSCS theses and want one auditable process instead of one per teacher.
How it relates to Supervizo
The two products overlap on purpose. Supervizo focuses on the day-to-day supervision between a student and a teacher — milestones, submissions, feedback. Project Hub is the department and university layer — proposals, allocation, defence, exams and the repository. Institutions can use them together.
Getting started
Start with one department. Book a free consultation and tell us how projects and defences are run today; we will map it onto a workspace and tell you honestly what would change.
