Our live products serve universities and shops. The next two are for the part of education most people actually touch: schools, colleges and the coaching centres that sit beside them. Both are still in development, so this is a look at what we are building and why, not a launch.
Edu OS: one connected layer for a school
Running a school means keeping four things consistent: who is admitted, who is present, what is being taught and what has been paid. Most institutions hold these in separate tools or registers that never agree.
Edu OS is designed as one operating system for schools and colleges that connects:
- Admissions
- Attendance
- Academics
- Finance
...with AI assisting the people who run them, rather than replacing them. The ambition is a nationwide network of institutions on a common platform, with academics and finance in the same system instead of two.
Why it matters: a head teacher or administrator should be able to answer "how are we doing?" without assembling five reports. When attendance, results and fees live together, patterns that were invisible — a class slipping, a fee backlog building — show up early.
Edu Pilot: the same idea, for coaching centres
Coaching centres run on a different rhythm: batches, schedules, fee collection month by month, and parents who want to know how a student is doing.
Edu Pilot takes the Edu OS model and tunes it to how coaching centres actually operate:
- Batch management
- Attendance
- Fee collection
- Performance tracking
Why it matters: the owner of a coaching centre is usually also the accountant, the scheduler and the person who chases late fees. A system built around batches and monthly fees takes the bookkeeping off their desk and keeps the focus on teaching.
How we are building them
The same way as everything else we run: starting from the real workflow, shipping working builds regularly, and learning from the products already in production. Supervizo and Project Hub taught us how institutions really adopt software — slowly, department by department, and only when it removes work.
Want to shape them?
If you run a school, a college or a coaching centre and would like to be among the first to try these, tell us what your week looks like. Early conversations shape what we build first.
