Edulab is the product we built to take that work off the owner's desk. It was our upcoming product Edu Pilot while we developed it, and it is now live at edulab.bd.
What it does
Edulab is software for running a coaching centre from one place. The main parts:
- Students, courses, batches and class routines. One record per student, organised the way a centre actually runs.
- Attendance with automatic SMS to parents. Mark attendance once; when a student is absent, the parent is notified.
- Admissions. Track enquiries from prospective students, set follow-up reminders, and capture leads from forms on your own website.
- Fees. Collect payments, issue receipts and see who still owes what.
- Exams and results. Enter marks, produce result sheets and merit lists.
- Parent and student portals. Families can follow progress without calling the office.
- Accounts. Income and expenses, a cashbook, profit and loss, and teacher salary records.
- Teachers and staff. Staff records and leave, with HR and payroll on the Enterprise plan.
- Multi-branch management, dashboards and reports, in Bangla and English.

Pricing
Plans are monthly and in BDT, starting from 500 BDT per month, with higher plans for more students, branches and features and a custom Enterprise plan. See edulab.bd for the current plans.
Annual billing includes two months free. Every plan has a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. SMS is charged per message, and you can connect your own SMS server.
Edulab works with bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz and Stripe for payments, and supports Google Calendar for class and exam schedules. For security it uses encrypted data, two-factor login, activity logs and IP control.
