Six products, one team. Find the one that fits your shop, university, school or business in two minutes.

Which Prathomik product is right for you? A quick guide

We run six products of our own. They solve very different problems, so here is the short version: find your situation, then follow the link.

If you supervise student projects or theses

Supervizo — milestones, tamper-proof submissions, deadline reminders and structured feedback between students and supervisors.

Supervizo dashboard

Choose it if: your supervision runs on email attachments and a tracking spreadsheet.

If you manage projects across a whole department or university

Project Hub — per-department workspaces for proposals, supervisor allocation, defence scheduling, an integrated exam system and a searchable repository.

Project Hub workspace

Choose it if: you need one auditable process across many teachers and a record of past work. It pairs well with Supervizo.

If your team repeats the same work all day

Systems BD — AI employees that learn your business, talk to customers, manage leads, book appointments and hand off to your team when needed.

Systems BD AI employee

Choose it if: your people spend more time answering and following up than doing the work only they can do.

If you run a school or college

Edu OS (in development) — admissions, attendance, academics and finance in one connected system, with AI assisting the staff.

If you run a coaching centre

Edu Pilot (in development) — batch management, attendance, fee collection and performance tracking.

Not sure, or none of these fit?

We also build custom software — web platforms, mobile apps, AI integration and APIs — the same way we build our own: a fixed scope after discovery, a working build every week, and the source code is yours.

Book a free consultation and tell us what you are trying to do. If one of our products fits, we will say so; if it does not, we will say that too.
